Thank you for visiting! Here’s the story of how I got here:

My husband and I are empty nesters now after raising and home schooling 10 precious kids, one who was adopted. How do we impact the next generation? I was going to try it by writing.

While starting to write a rhyming book for my first grandchild in 2021, I also started a women’s Bible study on Hebrews. I couldn’t concentrate on both efforts at the same time though, so I resolved to combine my efforts and make Hebrews into a toddler book. The leader, Glee, did such a great job at teaching it!

My resulting poem ended up way more complicated and longer than I had imagined, and so I considered that the whole book was for older kids instead. Then I discovered I could make toddler books out of one chapter at a time. I searched for just the right artist and found the most beautiful pictures by award-winning artist Kimberly Merrit. It’s a blessing to work with her!
